Osvello builds and configures AI receptionist systems for service businesses. This notice covers this website only. Systems we build for clients run in their own provider accounts; how those systems handle call recordings, transcripts, and retention is configured and documented as part of each project, and is not governed by this page.
When you submit the inquiry form, we collect your name, business name, business email, optional business phone, trade, and any description you choose to provide. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry — that's all. We don't sell your information. Please don't submit customer details, account numbers, or other sensitive information through this form.
When you submit this form, the details are also emailed automatically to our internal owner-notification mailbox as a heads-up. That address is not published here, and nothing is emailed to anyone else — no automatic copy or confirmation is sent to you.
A company demo number has not been set up yet. This draft of the site offers no browser voice demo, and nothing on it captures or processes your audio. Until this draft is published, the currently published version of this site may still show the earlier browser demo. If you used that earlier demo, your audio may have been processed by Retell AI, and any recordings or transcripts it kept may still be retained: as reviewed, our configured Retell agent's storage settings retain recordings and transcripts indefinitely unless they are deleted or the settings are changed. We have not verified whether any such demo records actually exist. Once a company line and its routing are configured, we will confirm and state here how its calls are handled — including recording, transcription, and retention.
This site is hosted on the Base44 platform, which also stores the inquiry records you submit. If a booking option appears on this site, it links to our Calendly page — details you enter there are handled by Calendly under their terms. We have configured Retell AI for our future company-line phone demo; this draft of the site does not send it audio or call data (see the phone-demo section above about the earlier browser demo).
We keep inquiry records so we can review and respond to them. The exact retention period for inquiry records is a detail we still need to confirm with the owner and will state here once confirmed. For the future company-line demo, whether recordings or transcripts are produced, and how long anything is kept, will be confirmed and stated here once that number and its routing are configured. Any recordings or transcripts from the earlier browser demo held by our AI voice provider are, as reviewed, configured to be retained indefinitely unless they are deleted or the settings are changed. To prevent misuse, this site's server code briefly counts inquiry and demo requests per visitor IP address in short-lived memory for rate limiting. In our inquiry and demo adapter code, these short-lived counters are kept in memory rather than written to the inquiry record. This does not describe or limit the providers’ own logging or retention practices.
